Rox Sponsored JVA World Challenge Championship

The team spends Easter in Louisville for the Rox Sponsored JVA World Challenge Championships! The boys get free showers and thank you gifts!!
Rox left the Florida sunshine behind on their trip to Kentucky, by the time they get there the storms were ripping through the sky at a pace only matched by Choo Choo City’s Club 17!
While the rain didn’t slow their team down, it sure slowed down our boys, John, Jeff and Troy. The guys turned the back of our truck into a free for all slip-N-slide! Lucky for us girls, we got a one-time only hall pass from having to physically unload the truck.
We showed our appreciation (of course!) in the form of a Kentucky Hot Brown. For those of you who don’t know the ways of Kentucky culinary this delicious sammy is an open faced master piece with turkey, bacon, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes smothered in Mornay sauce- NOT DONE YET- and baked to a golden crisp.

This featured item quickly became a favorite even though the only one of us who could finish it without half of it ending on his shirt was Troy. And that didn’t happen until our 3rd and final day at the tournament!
Congratulations to all teams who played in this tournament and a special shout out to Altitude 14 Black Rox for placing 2nd in 14 Club Division and Indy Juniors Rox for placing 4th in 18 Club Division!
Once again, Rox couldn’t believe the support from everyone! Nothing brings us greater joy then seeing our teams playing-and winning-on the courts! We appreciate everyone and can’t wait to see you all at the next tournament.
