The return process must be done ONLINE only. You will need your email address and order number: Please fill in Blue box above to start your Return. Return requests may take 24-48 hrs to authorize your request. Merchandise returned WITHOUT authorization will be refused and No Credit will be issued. Term's & Conditions: You must report shortages with (7) Business Days of receiving product. No adjustments after that time. All swimsuit bottoms are NON-RETURNABLE FOR HYGIENE REASONS.. All Sales are FINAL on CLOSEOUT ITEMS.. NO RETURNS! This RA is only valid for 30 days. Write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of your package, not on the original package. Return must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc) is not returnable. Rox Volleyball will determine if items are in re-sellable condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
Returns after 30 days will receive a 10% restock fee, 60 days: 20%, 90 days: 30%, no returns after 120 days. Any shipping charges for returns & reorders are at customers’ expense unless items are defective or miss-shipped. Make sure to keep your tracking # so you will know when your return has reached our warehouse. If sending back items shipped from a third party (ie: Nike, Adidas, Mizuno) please return to Rox Volleyball. Any items shipped back to third party vendor will not receive credit for the return.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10-20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once our warehouse receives it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective Items (if applicable) We only replace items if they are deemed defective by the returns dept. Take a picture of the defective item and of the Hang Tag (SKU#) Please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2B Sunshine Blvd. Ormond Beach, Florida 32174.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2B Sunshine Blvd. Ormond Beach, Florida 32174 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
