FCG Rules & Regulations
If you have never ordered coaches gear using the coachesgear.roxvolleyball.com link, please follow these five easy steps.
- Visit coachesgear.roxvolleyball.com
- Click Create an Account. Use your club’s information and fill out all information (address, name, phone number, email). ***Use email tied to your account.
- Once your account is registered, please email your rep stating your account has been created. Include the email address used to create the account.
- Then, Rox Volleyball will apply your Coaches' Gear Credit to your account and you will receive an email notifying you that it’s time to shop with a reminder date, the amount of the credit, and when the credits will expire.
- Please make sure that while you are shopping, leave an additional credit available for the shipping cost and embellishment if desired.
As a reminder, your dedicated team specialist will reach out to you via email with your coaches’ gear amount and to let you know it’s time to shop. The amount will be applied to your coachesgear.roxvolleyball.com account. You have until the ordering end date to place your coaches gear order. *If your order is not placed by the end date, the credit will be removed and the amount will be forfeited.*
Rox Volleyball representatives will provide a total of 6 contact attempts before the expiring free coaches’ goods credit in the account are forfeited. You will receive 3 emails and 3 voicemails stating your credit available is about to expire.
Shipping is to be cover by the teams coaches gear credit or other form of payment. It is not covered by Rox Volleyball.
If you would like to have your logo added to your coaches’ gear, please reach out directly to or Coachesgear@Roxvolleyball.com before placing your order, or notate on your coaches gear order in the note section that you would like your custom logo added to your coaches’ gear.
You may use your free coaches good credit towards the cost of your embellishment. Each item has a flat fee of $10 per item for one location embellishment. Embellishing can affect your turnaround time so we suggest placing your order as quickly as possible if this is an option you are considering.
Check the Status of Your Order
For direct responses on coaches’ goods order status, or any questions regarding embellishment please contact Coachesgear@Roxvolleyball.com. Also, you can refer to your order paperwork where the estimated ship date is located.
Limitations - No Exceptions
- Coaches’ gear must be ordered all at once. (Get the sizing for all of the coaches in your club and then place your order. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Coaches Gear cannot be applied to anything other than the Coaches' Gear Website
- Coaches’ gear cannot roll over to next season nor can it be use for new orders
- Coaches’ gear has to be placed within the dates provided above
- Coaches’ gear will expire if not placed before the expiration date given Coaches’ gear does not include your logo, but you have the option to add embellishment
- Coaches’ gear orders cannot be submitted via email or phone. They must be ordered on Coaches' Gear Website
